By downloading files from this website, you acknowledge receipt of a license to use the designs for PERSONAL and LIMITED COMMERCIAL USE ONLY, but not the rights to the designs themselves.  YOU MAY NOT SHARE OR REDISTRIBUTE THESE FILES IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM.

The graphic files contained on this site are the product of Tracy Anderson.

You May:
* Use these files for personal use only, in exception of S4H.
* Alter the files any way you want for your OWN PERSONAL USE, provided you give credit to Trixie Scraps Designs.
* Submit layouts and other creations that you make with my products to online gallery, magazines etc, with credits to Trixie Scraps Designs.
* Email me with comments, feedback or completed layouts at admin@trixiescraps.com
* You MAY use my designs in your home based business AS LONG AS...
   1. The finished product is a FLATTENED JPG file or in PRINTED form.
   2. My original files are not redistributed in any way.
   3. You credit me somewhere - on your website credits page or someplace similar.  (If you do not wish to credit me, please contact me for a commercial license.)

You MAY NOT:
* Make any "quick pages" (if you're doing S4H) that you will redistribute or resell for other people to "complete" with their own photos
