We had a very busy week on the blog. Were you here checking out all the fun activities? If not here is a recap of what was happening:

Monday we did makeovers! I love going back and redoing layouts that I wasn’t thrilled with. Our creative team did a fantastic job on theirs, and so did those that have posted theirs so far! You still have time to get yours in if you wanted to play along!

Tuesday was our Triple T Tuesday (Tips, Trends, and Techniques). Theresa taught us how to make our own Word Art. I don’t know about you, but I’ve always wondered how to do that.

This was a bi-week on Who Are You Wednesdays. Did you read about LeeAndra from last week? Her layouts are really great. You really should check them out if you haven’t!

Thursday was a special day for Trixie Scraps. It was her birthday! To celebrate we had a birthday layout challenge! Please play along – we’d love to see your birthday layouts!

Feature Fridays are always great to see what new product Trixie Scraps released. Yesterday she released a special Daisy Crazy Bundle. Trust me when I say this is a must have!!

Now this brings us to today! We are bringing you something different, yet very exciting. Trixie Scraps has come up with three different swatches. You will vote on which swatch you like best, and what theme you think she should make with them. If you vote you will get a coupon for the kit once it is completed, and the winner (a random person that selected the winning swatch and theme) will WIN THE KIT FOR FREE!!! What’s better then that?

    Thank you for the daily downloads! I vote for Swatch #2, with a sand-castle theme. Actually, what I’m really looking for is a Star Wars theme, but I don’t think any of those swatches lends itself to that! 🙂

    great swatches, l pick #1 with a summer in the garden theme..so many kits with summer beach trips or amusement parks…how about a stay at home, enjoy the garden this summer kit?

    I vote for swatch one for a camping or gardening kit. I’ve got some fun pictures of corn and carrots that we grew that need a kit! Fun idea! Thanks~

    Swatch #1 is my favorite! It says Beach/Summer/Serinity to me…

    Brown sand, blue waters, greenery all around with orange fruits and a strawberry smoothie in hand!

    I think #1 would be great for a veggie garden theme. Dirt, water, tomatoes, pumpkins, green beans, tools, maybe a wagon…

    Swatch #1 – Arizona Sunset … or sunsets in general … I can visualize the red clay/rocks of Oklahoma, the sunset in Arizona over the mountains or between the palm trees, kokopelli, clay pots, etc.

    I pick swatch #2 It reminds me of Florida and the beach: the browns are the sand, driftwood and shells. The yellow the beach house and the green a margarita! Thank for the opportunity to help in the development of a new kit!

    I love the colors in #1. It says “Heat Wave” to me, with popsicles, water play, grass, and kites. All that fun stuff you sweat out in the summer time and into early fall (at down here where I live.)
