Hey everyone!! Trixie here, popping in today and interrupting your regular programming with the final wrap-up on the “suggest a swatch event” we started near the end of May. In case you’ve joined us recently, back on May 29th ( see the original blog post here ), the Scrap Stars posted a chance for you all to vote on a swatch and a theme for a new kit for me to create. It was a lot of fun for us watching what swatch everyone would vote for! A couple weeks ago, we followed up and let you know that swatch #1 was the overwhelming winner of the vote. So, I picked one of the themes suggested for that swatch and got to work! And, I am pleased to announce that the kit is done and I’m ready to reveal it to you all!

When I started working with the swatch, I did feel it needed another color… both for contrast and because of the theme that I chose to work with … so, here is the swatch in its updated version…

Now, here is how this will work! The first person who suggested the theme I went with will win the kit for free. Everyone else who voted will get an advance chance to purchase the kit at a big discount (half off!!). The kit will release at regular price for the rest of my customers on Friday, June 25th. But don’t worry, I have a little something for EVERYONE today! I made a coordinating freebie to give away here on the blog for a few days.
