Trixie Scraps has got an amazingly wonderful thing happening in July and believe me you will want to be a part of it!! Our “Build a Kit with Trixie” event starts today. We want your help building a kit from start to finish with all the things you want in a kit! Everything in the kit will come straight from your votes – from the color to the theme, to the elements and more! We think this is going to be a lot of fun, so let’s get started!

Every great kit starts with a color swatch right? Well, Trixie needs some help from all our blog readers to suggest a wonderful pallette for her to start this kit with. Leave a comment here with your requested color combination – you can just say the colors you want, you can leave a link to an inspiration photo or even a link to an actual swatch. All swatch suggestions must be posted by Friday night July 9th 8pm EST. Trixie will then pick from the load of suggestions we are sure you’ll all have and we’ll announce the chosen swatch next Saturday.

Now, just to throw in a little more incentive to participate I want to tell you that at the end of the month, everyone who plays along with this Build-a-Kit event has a chance to win the kit that results from it! We’ll be choosing five winners when the kit is finished at the end of the month and then the rest of the participants will receive a 50% off coupon, should you like to purchase it. Best of all, you will get one chance to win for each week that you play along and leave a comment/make a suggestion. So, that means that you could end up with four chances to win if you play along each week. I know, I for one, am so super excited to see this all unfold!
