Hello! We love our blog readers and those who play along with our challenges. Today I decided to spotlight one of our fantastic Trixie Scraps blog readers; so lets meet Lori:

1. Tell us something fun or unique about yourself? I enjoy the history of the shipwreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald which went down in 1975, my birth year.
2. How did you find Trixie Scraps? I officially started Digital Scrapbooking back in July and found Gotta Pixel. My Summer Garden was the first kit I purchased.
3. What do you scrap about? Mainly I scrap about my 3 ½ year old son, Logan. Most of my layouts are about people, but I love to photograph nature and need to work on some layouts of those photos.
4. What inspires your layouts, ie: templates, others galleries, kits, etc? I usually have the photo/s picked out and then look for a kit. If I’m struggling with the layout, I like layout books and I’m starting to love templates!
5. Why do you like digital scrapbooking? Since I bought my first digital camera, I liked to add borders and elements to the photos. I tried paper scrapbooking and only completed a couple of albums. I love being able to complete layouts so quickly and make as many changes as needed with digital.
6. What kind of music do you like? I prefer country, but nothing too twangy. I also like the old school 80’s and 90’s.
7. What is one thing you love about where you live? I’ve lived in Minnesota my whole life and I love the change of seasons. Our location now is great as we live on the edge of a park and playground.
8. Besides scrapbooking, what are some other interests you have? Photography, cardmaking, and spending time with family and friends!
