There are new trends all the time in digiland. They change frequently but a trend that seems to be pretty popular right now are rolled paper flowers. They seem to be popping up in kits right and left. Flowers have been a staple embellishment since my paper scrapping days. We’ve used flower stickers (c’mon, admit it, you used stickers), silk flowers, and paper flowers to name a few. And designers keep coming up with new ways for us to put flowers on our pages!

I think one reason these are so popular right now is they fit well with so many styles. The paper look goes great with grunge and worn looks but all you have to do is add a little bit of glitter to the edges and it is formal and classy. These also look great on boy pages because they’re not frilly. Take a look at some of the kits that Trixie Scraps has released with these cute rolled paper flowers.
