Sunday Spotlight!

Happy Sunday Trixie Scraps fans!

Stacey here again with this week’s instalment of the Sunday Spotlight! I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend!

This week we are spotlighting one of Trixie’s customers, Dolores! She has been posting some gorgeous pages in the gallery and I thought it would be great to get to know her better!

Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?
-I’m a single mom with a teenage daughter who keeps me on my toes! We live in California…born here and been here ever since except for a few years that I lived in Spain and a few months when I had a work assignment in Mexico City. I work full time as an admin assistant so between work and digi-scrapping I’m on the computer a lot!

What are your digital scrapbooking tools?
-I use PSE5 on a PC, although I do have PSE8 still in the box…just haven’t taken the time to install it. I use a simple point and shoot camera, but dream to get a DSLR and learn how to use it. And templates…I love to start with a template and make it my own.

What is one thing you do on every layout you make?
-I don’t embellish my layouts a lot and haven’t gotten the knack of clustering down, but I like to use flowers on my layouts.

Have you ever met anyone famous?
-No, I can’t say that I have.

What is your dream vacation?
-I’d love to go to Costa Rica…on a tour that includes zip-line adventures and lots of beautiful beaches. It’s cold here today so I’d like to be there now on a warm beach!
