Hi everyone and welcome to another edition of Make it Hybrid Mondays! With spring time and Easter holidays quickly upon us, I thought that we might find some use for a simple box/ basket that can be used to package up treats in four easy steps
For this project, you will need at least the following:
1- 4.75×7.75 inches piece of cardstock/ patterned paper for the box base
1- 1×11 inches piece of cardstock/ patterned paper for the handle (if desired)
Bone folder
Adhesive
Scissors/ cutter
First, score your 4.75×7.75 inches piece of cardstock/ patterned paper at 1.5 inches on each side
Then, cut the cardstock at the two scored lines on either side of the long length of cardstock/ patterned paper
Add adhesive to the outside four corners of cardstock/ patterned paper and assemble your basket/ box
If desired, add a handle and decorate the outside of your box
Wasn’t that easy? I used Puddle Jumpers to put together some treats to brighten someone’s day
Here is another example using the same kit to celebrate spring. I create the handle using border punches
Can’t wait to see what you ladies create and don’t forget to link us up here so that we can leave you some love. Hope that you have a great Monday!
