Hello, it’s Sheila here and I am going to bring you a little tip that I have been using for sometime now. I have those files that I need to zip up and send to designers and as a photographer, to my clients. Instead of going to a file sharing site to zip up files, I simply find the file in my documents, (this could be anywhere that you have them on your computer, documents, pictures, etc.). Right click on the file, then scroll down to Send To>Compressed(zipped) file, as shown in the screenshot below. This will place a zipped file within the same folder location as your original file. All you need to do is rename it as desired and its ready to send! It’s very easy! I hope that my little tip helps you and saves you much needed time. That way, we can all have that extra time to do what we love .. scrapping!

Thank you! Now, will this work with multiple files I want to zip into a single zipped file? If yes, do I just highlight all and follow your same instructions? Thanks again.

Yes, Connie… that is exactly right! It will name the zip according to whichever file you right-click, but it will put all the files you highlight into the zip. Then, you just need to rename it according to what you would like it to be!
