Hello, it’s Sheila here hoping that you are all staying dry. It has been raining for days here in SE Ohio. I think that if it keeps up, I may just have to build me an ark just to get around. I was editing my cousins wedding and realized that I have had alot of people ask me “How do you get that smooth skin look?” Well todays tip is how I do a quick fix up on my pictures. You do not need an action for this.
I use CS2, I am sure most editing programs have a blur tool. In CS2, it is the 7th tool on the left side.
With a soft brush, with the strength set at 50%, brush over the areas that you want to soften. I change the strength as needed, changing the strength of the brush around the eyes to a higher strength. This is a before photo:
This is the edited picture, I did sharpen this photo and brighten up the eyes.
I hope that this little tip will help you when you are editing those photos.
