I interviewed our one of our fabulous Jen’s aka jencushing.
Tell us a little about yourself: I’m married to a wonderful guy who has supported my scrapbooking (first paper, and now digi!) addiction since before we were married. Right now I am enjoying being a SAHM to my two kiddos (7yr old son, and 5yr old daughter), who are the main subjects of my layouts. After moving away about 10 years ago, we moved back to Tennessee this summer, and I am really looking forward to being closer to my family and our college friends.
What program do you use to digi-scrap? PSE 9
Mac or PC? I’d love to have a Mac someday, but for now I’m content with my PC.
How did you find Trixie Scraps? Thinking about this makes me little sentimental! We actually met while CT-ing for Ellie Lash. It was my first time ever on a CT, and she was always there to help & encourage me. Not too long after that, she entered a design competition, and the rest is history! I *think* I was lucky enough to be her very first CT member!
Besides scrapbooking, what are some other interests you have? Well, there isn’t much that interests me besides scrapbooking! But, I love taking photos and spending time with my family and friends.
What is one thing you love about where you live? I love being closer to my family and being able to take my kids to some of the same places that I enjoyed growing up.
Have you ever met anyone famous? not really, but one of my best friends had a small speaking part on an episode of Burn Notice–that was pretty cool!
What are some digiscrap elements you just can’t live without? ribbons and stitches…LOVE them!!!
What is your favorite Trixie Scraps kit? It’s so hard to pick a favorite, she has so many beautiful kits…but I think Nature Girl will always be one of my favorites, mainly because it is perfect for my daughter who is most definitely my little nature girl…
Here are three of Jen’s most favorite pages using Tracy’s product.
