Good Morning everyone and Happy Tips, Trends, and Techniques Tuesday!! Have you been gazing through Trixie’s gallery lately? Well I have, and I must say there is certainly a border trend going around. Borders are such a unique detail because the possibilities are endless: Horizontal, vertical, clustered elements or paper borders… etc.

For example, here’s one by shaz515 called Every Little Girl is A Princess. Don’t you just love how everything is tucked in and stitched along the bottom?

But not all borders have to be tucked or stitched in. Look at this one by Carrin called Sillies. I love how the clustered elements are just hanging loosely off the edge!

Finally here’s an example of a paper border by Mrs. Trixie herself! I love the patterned papers, scallops, and stitches! She then topped it off with a flower cluster as well.

The awesome thing about this border trend is you can easily participate! Trixie has many products to help you create gorgeous borders with ease. Here are some of my favorites!
