The Sunday after Thanksgiving typically marks the beginning of the Advent Season. Many churches will celebrate the Hanging of the Green as they prepare the building and grounds for the Advent services over the next 4 weeks.
Anyone can use this time between Thanksgiving and December 1st to get a jumpstart on decorating. Pull the boxes down from the attic today and jump in! Starting now will enable you to relax and enjoy the process (as well as get some great ideas and photos!)
