Hello everyone. Welcome to this week’s Take $2 Tuesday. I hope you didn’t spend all of your money on this weekends Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales because we have a couple of fabulous kits on special for you today.
First off we have Master Chef, a great kit for scrapping all of your kitchen adventures.
I really love all of the bright patterned papers in this kit and the fun kitchen themed elements and word art. Just think of all the great layouts you could create with this kit and your best holiday cooking pictures. Not convinced? Take a look at some of the lovely pages that the Scrap Stars cooked up.
The second kit we have for you to a fantastic template pack that is just perfect for the coming holiday season.
Holiday Cards Volume 1 gives you eight fantastic templates for creating your very own customized 4×6 holiday cards. Pick this kit up and get a head start on your list so you can have your cards in the mail in time for the holidays. Here are just a few elegant examples of cards that were created using this versatile pack.
Remember, both of these packs are on sale for only $2, but the sale only lasts for one day. Be sure to snatch these up while you can at any Trixie Scraps store.

Hi – there’s one problem with your $2 for Tuesday sales…for those of us who receive your blog posts, they aren’t arriving until 24 hours later, on Wednesday around noon Pacific time, so it’s too late to participate in your special sale.
I receive a variety of regular emails/blog posts in my email every day from various digiscrapbooking sites and people, so I don’t remember which ones have sales on this particular day, or that day or ??? Is there any way you can set up your email delivery to send out the same day? I know I can adjust mine on my blog with Feedburner as the email host. I’d really liked to have been able to purchase the Master Chef set for $2. Oh, well. It is a darling set, though!

Julieanne – thank you for the feedback and your suggestion. I actually was not aware I could have any sort of impact on the time that Feedburner sends out the email containing each day’s post(s). I always thought it was automatically decided by their service and I was at their mercy.
I did some digging around in my Feedburner account tonight, based on what you wrote. And I found the section where I could change the send time. EUREKA!! I’ve changed it to send in the evenings between 5-7pm EST. Hopefully, that results in a positive change for all those who were missing the one-day Tuesday sale.
I will continue to monitor now and if it needs to be adjusted further, now I know how to do it! Thanks so much, Julieanne!
