Happy Monday everyone! If you’re anything like me, I’m always looking for Christmas inspiration. I just love the holiday season and I love being creative. But sometimes it’s hard to get started. Luckily, the Trixie Scraps Stars and customers alike have shared some awesome projects in the galleries. The best part: They all can be done with your digi supplies you have at home, on your computer. So let’s all have a Happy Hybrid Holiday!
Nativity Blocks
Before I found the little people version, I was so desperately seeking something that would be age appropriate but introduce my little one to the reason for the season. ScrapinMama shared these nativity blocks she made with Remember Bethlehem. All you need is a great digi kit, some wooden blocks, modpodge, and sandpaper. Aren’t they great?!
Advent Presents
quietangelsb shared these beauties with us. I love how they are so simple yet so perfect counting down the holidays. The same idea can be used for gift wrap too! She used Wrapped in Ribbons by NMSS.
Holiday Newsletters – who wouldn’t want to receive this as a child? Helen was so clever with creating this holiday newsletter, and by the looks of it, I’m sure they’ll be more to come!! To create this, she used My Shelf Elf Kit.
Holiday Cards
Don’t forget about your holiday cards! If you’re looking for a more custom look, Trixie has a few different options. From bright and cheery, to peaceful, you can find something for your family. Besides the QP cards, you can always make your own. I love handmade cards, they definitively have an extra special feeling.
Paper ornaments
Aren’t these ornaments gorgeous? I love how elegant, yet simple these are. Made from 31 Days Has December and Winter on the Mountain prospectively, these paper ornaments will make your tree sparkle!
Elf Certificates / Letters
A spin off of newsletters, look at these two scappers created with My Shelf Elf Kit.

Calendars and Holiday Planning
With the holiday season, our schedules can become even more busy. I made a Christmas Planner, with freebie printables found here. And breeze80 scrapped her December calendar. Both these projects were made with 31 Days Has December.
Gift Wrap
My latest edition to the hybrid holidays! I decided to do handmade wrapping for my hubby’s gift. I started out with a great neutral vintage paper (found in Tuscan Fall by Trixie Scraps), a red ribbon, chipboard sticker and number element, a custom wrapped gift is easily done.
I hope this has inspired you to get crafty this holiday season!! If you create anything with Trixie’s products, be sure to share it with us!
