Hello and Happy Monday everyone. Can you believe we’re less than a week away from Easter!? Are you all prepared and ready for the Easter Bunny to visit your home? Well I have such a perfect, last minute simple treat you can whip up with a few materials from your digi stash to add to the Easter fun!
Here’s what you’ll need:
Green papers from your favorite digi kit
Lollipop sticks
Hole punch
Easter peeps
Foam adhesive
Ribbon
For this project, I used Lucky Me
1. To start, use your favorite flower shape and create 4 flowers, varying in size from 3 inches to 1 inches on a 8.5×11 sized document in PSE. Then clip your patterned papers to each flower shapes. Each set of flowers will be used to make one treat. Print out on white 8.5x 11 cardstock and cut them out.
2. Punch a hole in each flower’s center. Make sure the hole is slightly smaller than your lollipop stick. Then apply your foam adhesive to the back side of each cut, except the bottom layer.
3. Then curl your edges of your flowers with a bone folder or pencil.
4. Next, layer your flowers from smallest to largest leaving a spare 1 inch at the top of the stick.
5. Tie a ribbon underneath the flower layers to keep them all in place.
6. Finally, pierce your peep at the top of the stick. Your treat is all done! Repeat if desired to complete more treats for a nice last minute addition to your Easter baskets.
