Saturday With The Stars: Bratitude

It’s Saturday again, Trixie Fans. Time for another peek into what’s kept our Stars busy most recently.

As a part of Scrapbook Bytes GAB, Trixie released an awesome kit called Bratitude.

I was so excited when I saw this kit. I love how girly this kit is and all the heart elements. It is the perfect kit for anyone with pre-teen or teenage girls in their lives. (Okay, I guess it works for some of us women as well.) There are lots of fun papers included in this kit and even more fun paper in the bonus paper kit.
Here’s a look at what some of our Stars did with this kit.

Mary Kate’s layout has a fresh feel. I like that she made her photo lengthwise and made it the center of her layout. I like that she kept her title and her journaling simple. She also has some small clusters that really help add to her layout.

Kassie’s layout is pretty much the epitome of what this kit is all about. I love her background paper choice and how she brought it extra colors in through her amazing cluster work. She also kept her page from becoming too busy by keeping her photo in black and white.

I like the angle Laina used for her layout. She has some wonderful cluster work surrounding her photos and I love her choice of elements.

Jan used a blocking technique and I love it. I love her rounded corners and her fun photo. I also like that she kept embellishments to a minimum and relied on her papers to add some depth to her layout.

Finally, Jennifer used this kit to scrap a birthday party. Loving this. I love all the glitter pieces she used in this layout and that the main color in her layout is pink. She then brought in some contrast color using blue, which matches the cupcakes from her photos. I also like how many photos she was able to include in just one layout.
