Sentiment Sunday (BRAVE)

Happy Sunday, Trixie Fans. When I had a chance to do Sentiment Sunday, I grabbed it. At the time I didn’t know what I wanted to focus on, but as I thought about it more and more the word BRAVE came to mind.

BRAVE

adjective

1.possessing or exhibiting courage or courageous endurance.
2.making a fine appearance.
3.Archaic. excellent; fine; admirable.

I chose to go with definition #1.

This was a hard thing for me to scrap and this is a hard post to make, but it was something I needed to do. This past May we found out that my father-in-law had a bad case of Pancreatic Cancer. He spent the next few months in treatment and we had hoped to receive good news. We received the opposite. His Cancer had grown and spread to the liver, and the doctors now deem his case ‘terminal’. While the rest of the family has dealt with this in many different ways, he’s always put up a brave front and tried to remain optimistic.
