Welcome to April’s Sentiment Sunday.
Now that April is drawing to a close and May will soon be upon us, I wanted to do something that honored my mother, my mother in law and one of my grandma’s. I had been thinking of doing a page like this for over a year now and figured with Mother’s Day coming up and needing a sentiment for Sentiment Sunday, I’d get on it.
Each of these women has been inspirational to me throughout my life and they continue to do so. There’s so much I could’ve chose to mention, but I wanted to use what they’ve most inspired me to change about myself or how to live my life. So the word I chose to use this month is:
INSPIRE
verb (used with object), in·spired, in·spir·ing.
1. to fill with an animating, quickening, or exalting influence: His courage inspired his followers.
2. to produce or arouse (a feeling, thought, etc.): to inspire confidence in others.
3. to fill or affect with a specified feeling, thought, etc.: to inspire a person with distrust.
4. to influence or impel: Competition inspired her to greater efforts.
5. to animate, as an influence, feeling, thought, or the like, does: They were inspired by a belief in a better future.
Obviously we’re going with definition #1 today. Here’s the layout made with Blush Beauty and a template from You’re So Square Vol. 2.
Who or what inspires you? Please create a layout and share with us in the gallery.
