Sentiment Sunday: Growth

Welcome to the start of another week and this month’s Sentiment Sunday.

Now that the weather is nicer (at least in my neck of the woods!), we are spending a lot more time outside. My family and I love working in the garden together and admiring all the new spring foliage. We’ve also been marveling at all of the baby animals we see…geese, ducks and bunnies. On top of all of that, school is coming to an end and I am constantly amazed at the growth my children are exhibiting now that their first official year in school is almost over. The word I chose to represent all of that this month is:

GROWTH
noun

1. the act or process, or a manner of growing; development; gradual increase.
2. size or stage of development: It hasn’t yet reached its full growth.
3. completed development.
4. development from a simpler to a more complex stage: the growth of ritual forms.
5. development from another but related form or stage: the growth of the nation state.
