Greetings!
Hello, Trixie fans! We’re here for what is my favorite monthly post…Fonts We Love Friday! I have long been an admitted hoarder of fonts. Whether they are for titlework or journaling, funky themed fonts or the occasional dingbat…I love them! And while I probably have more than I will ever use, I keep looking for more! Today I’m here to share one of my favorite new finds, Danae.
Using the Danae Font on Your Layouts
When I am journaling on a page, I love using handwritten fonts. I like a font that is easily legible, and Danae definitely is. It’s bold but not quirky, so I think it’ll be a very versatile font. And I love that way that the “a” is made! I write the letter “a” this way and so handwritten fonts with this style “a” usually catch my eye!
My Page
I used Danae for my journaling in this layout of our upcoming Girl Scout Thinking Day project.
If you are loving that title font, it is Archeologicaps, which can be found here. I used Trixie’s Summer Lovin’ scrapbook kit for the majority of this layout. This kit is retiring soon, so get it while you can!
The foliage on this layout is from Trixie’s A Life That’s Good kit.
Thank you for stopping by, and I hope that I have introduced you to one (or two) fonts that you will find useful in your scrapbooking. Until next time, happy scrapping!
