Hi there, Trixie Scraps fans!  It’s hump day and time for another edition of Wisdom Wednesday!! When I was looking for a quote for today’s post, I asked a good friend for some inspiration, and I couldn’t have gotten a better response:

I’ve had some personal struggles the last few months, and this quote really spoke to me. What or who is holding me back? Sometimes it feels like the world is a big, unfair place, but things worth having don’t just fall into place (most of the time). We have to work for what we want, and who am I letting hold me back? For me, the simple answer is usually ‘me.’ My insecurities, histories, abilities, motivation, etc sometimes hold me back more than any other person or thing. For someone else, there might be a different answer. Maybe it’s a health issue, finances or a specific person or other issue that is keeping you from achieving a goal or pursuing an endeavor.

For my page, I used the Change Your Fate kit and cardstock and Great Divide Vol 1 Template. It reminds me that I am the one who has to change my fate and make things happen for me!
