So… how is your week going? We are just about done with the school year here, so life has been busy with all the last minute wrap-up stuff.

Scraplift Challenge

Today is another Challenge Thursday and we are going to focus on scrap lifting another layout. I chose a layout from a VERY long time ago in Trixie’s very own gallery.

There are quite a few things you could lift from this layout for inspiration for your own page. I love the way the stars cascade down the page in an angle, while the photos are laid out across the bottom half of the page. The one black and white photo, also framed, really draws your eye to the theme of the page. And I really like Trixie’s use of 2 different alphas for her title work. Her use of a subtle, patterned white page with the bright colors of the photos and elements also helps her page to stand out.
