Happy Saturday to all our blog readers – hope you are having a fantastic start to your weekend! Today, I am excited to tell you that I have been wanting to start a Trixie Scraps YouTube channel for AGES… and I finally cleared some time in my schedule to teach myself how to screen record and edit videos… so my first new series is officially underway!
Scrap Saturday
Each Saturday, I plan to post a new video on my channel. In it, I will work on a page for my own family albums, and I will narrate it in my usually dorky and goofy way… telling stories, but also teaching simple techniques along the way. It’s my goal to try and keep the videos around 20 minutes long. So, grab yourself a cup of tea or coffee and spend each Saturday morning with me!
In addition to the Scrap Saturday videos, I am working on revamping our Masters Monday schedule and will periodically post more involved video tutorials showing specific photo editing or scrapbooking techniques, as well. Be on the lookout for the first Masters Monday video, coming soon!
The first two episodes of Scrap Saturday are live and ready for your viewing pleasure – I’ll be sure to post here each week and link you to the next episode. But, if you’d like to get notified as soon as my videos go live, please subscribe to my channel! I hope my channel will be informative and fun for you to watch – please feel free to offer suggestions, or submit requests, if you have them – I’d love to hear from you. Have a great day!! — Trixie
