Happy Wednesday, everyone! Today we are going to give a little inspiration for your scrapbooking by using an inspirational quote. Using famous quotes can be such a nice way to tie a page together. For today’s inspiration, I chose a quote from John Paul Jones:

“It seems to be a law of nature, inflexible and inexorable, that those who will not risk cannot win.”

John Paul Jones was the United States’ first well-known naval commander in the American Revolutionary War. For my layout, I have actually seen John Paul Jones’ sarcophagus, found at the US Naval Academy Chapel in Annapolis, MD and chose to scrap it for this challenge. I have always felt so moved when visiting there. The last time I was there the kids and I ended up with an accidental private viewing… it had already closed, but the man locking up let us in and told us all about John Paul’s life and showed us some artifacts. It was fun to watch my kids’ awe of everything in there. Needless to say, I got some nice photos.
