Hi Trixie fans!  I would like to share with you one of my favorite journaling fonts.  There are two things that I really look for in a good journaling font. 
First, it must be legible.  Obvious, right?  The second thing that I look for is punctuation.  Not all fonts come with punctuation, so please make sure that your font has what you need!  I’ve run into this quite a few times when I’d be journaling on my layout, only to discover that my font didn’t have an apostrophe or question mark.  So nowadays I try to be much more careful when searching for new fonts.  When you are downloading a new font, the download page usually shows you which characters come in that font.  

And now, here is the journaling font that I was going to share with you before I got sidetracked!

This font by Brittney Murphy had everything that I was looking for, and is still fresh and fun.  It’s a definite go-to font in my ever-growing stash!  

I used the font when scrapping this layout of my daughter.  The kit is Hints of Fall by Trixie and Jen C.  (I was thrilled that the kit colors worked so well with Rachel’s Pocahontas costume!)
