Hello and welcome to March’s Sentiment Sunday! It’s that time of the month when we encourage you to focus on one word and scrap what that word means to you. Since St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner, I chose the sentiment Lucky.
Definition of Today’s Sentiment Sunday – Lucky:
– having good luck
– producing a good result by chance : resulting from good luck
There are so many ways to be lucky. Maybe you won some money, someone’s heart, or just feel blessed.
My Lucky Sentiment
The shamrock is the traditional symbol of Saint Patrick’s Day. The Irish have considered shamrocks as good-luck symbols since earliest times, and today people of many other nationalities also believe they bring good luck. Each year, the Leprechaun visits our house and leaves a mess of shamrocks all over for the kids to find. They look forward to his visit each year, and hope that THIS will be the year they catch him, and his gold!
For my page, I used Trixie Scraps’ Lucky Me kit, cardstock and plaid papers.
I hope to see a lot of layouts this upcoming month in the Trixie Scraps Gallery! And, if you post following the posting guidelines, you will receive a great prize and be a part of our Sunday Show-Offs! Let’s see your lucky pages!!
