From time to time, I make select products from my regular digital scrapbooking product line available for sale on the website Teachers Pay Teachers. These terms govern my Terms of Use for products purchased from my store at Teachers Pay Teachers. Please make sure to take note: products purchased from Trixie Scraps Designs are not covered by this special Teachers License and may not be used as described below (please refer to my regular Terms of Use for purchases of Trixie Scraps Designs products). This license applies only to products purchased on Teachers Pay Teachers.
Special Terms – Teachers License for Teachers Pay Teachers:
All Trixie Loves Teachers products purchased only on Teachers Pay Teachers may be used for personal or classroom use, and also have a limited commercial use license (see below). All purchases from Teachers Pay Teachers grant you a single user license – this means the products are for your own personal use and may not be shared or redistributed. In addition, the license grants you the right to use the graphics as described below, but does NOT grant you a copyright. All copyrights remain the possession of Trixie Scraps Designs, dba Trixie Loves Teachers.
When you purchase any of my products from Teachers Pay Teachers, you agree to abide by the following terms:
Personal/Classroom License Acceptable Uses:
- In original documents created by you for personal/classroom use, whether in digital or printed form. This includes SMARTboard, Mimio, Activboard, or PowerPoint documents. All documents you create for classroom use must include a credit for the graphics used to Trixie Loves Teachers.
- In the creation of your own teacher blog, provided you create the blog yourself (you may not give a blog designer any products purchased from me to have them decorate your blog for you). If my Trixie Loves Teachers graphics are used on your teacher blog, credit for the graphics must be visibly displayed on the blog. No other blog or website may be decorated with the graphics other than your own personal teacher blog – this includes school and school-related activity or club blogs and websites.
Personal/Classroom License Prohibited Uses:
- You may not use these graphics to create original documents for free distribution to the public or to other teachers you work with.
- You may not use these graphics to create a logo, either for yourself or for someone else.
- You may not upload these graphics to any file sharing website or service. In addition, you may not share the graphics with anyone via email or by any other digital means and you may not make physical copies of any of my graphics for any other person.
Limited Commercial License Acceptable Uses:
- You may use these graphics in the creation of your own digital documents for sale on Teachers Pay Teachers only. Your documents must be provided as a locked PDF and credit for the graphics must be provided within the document and within your product listing on Teachers Pay Teachers for every product created. Please ensure there is a written credit to Trixie Loves Teachers in your document, plus a link to my Trixie Loves Teachers store on Teachers Pay Teachers within your product listing.
- You may use these graphics, in combination with your own text and/or other graphics, to create ads for your own Teachers Pay Teachers store & your Facebook page.
- You may use these graphics to create SMARTboard, Mimio, Activboard, or PowerPoint files for resale. Your documents must credit Trixie Loves Teachers for the graphics used and you must state that it is a violation of copyright law to steal/use the graphics for other purposes without obtaining a license from Trixie Loves Teachers.
Limited Commercial License Prohibited Uses:
- You may not use these graphics for re-sale or distribution as is. You must combine these graphics with other text and graphics to transform them into something new, an original creation of your own.
- You may not use these graphics in the creation of large-scale, mass-produced commercial products such as software or retail items on sites like CafePress. This includes, but is not limited to buttons, shirts, sweaters, mugs, mousepads, photo frames, etc.
- You may not use these graphics to create products for sale on any site other than Teachers Pay Teachers. The limited commercial license applies ONLY to Teachers Pay Teachers products.
- You may not use these graphics in the creation of blog templates, logos, or social media graphics for resale or distribution. Additionally, you may not use these graphics to create/design blogs, logos or social media graphics for others.
- You may not use these graphics in any way not specifically covered by this Terms of Use document without first getting written approval for your project.
