A lot of people might think that as the designer, I am the lifeblood of Trixie Scraps Designs. It’s really not true.
Trixie Scraps Creative Team – My Stars
Fact is, without my amazing Creative Team, this ship would not float. I call them my Scrap Stars because they amaze me on a daily basis – not only with their creativity and beautiful pages, but with their friendship, their support and their loyalty. My creative team is the funny, witty, smart and dedicated authors of the blog on this website and they give back to the digital scrapbooking community constantly with challenges, tutorials, and 
inspiration. They also serve as digital cheerleaders for both my work and yours, leaving positive praise on your layouts in our gallery. I’d really be sort of lost without them and if you’ve been participating here for any length of time, it’s our hope you feel the same way!
Over the years, we’ve been really blessed to meet lots of wonderful scrapbookers who held a place on the creative team, at one time or another. Sometimes, our team was huge, with thirty or more team members. Other times, like when I first started the creative team, it was pretty small, with just three or four ladies working with my products. These days, we try to keep the creative team size around ten people. We’ve found that keeping our team around ten people, we are better able to stay close-knit and connected to each other. I truly believe in running things like a family. It is a privilege to celebrate with these ladies as they add to their families and, over the years, it has been so much fun watching their kids grow up on their pages. As a family-by-choice, we are there to support each other, too. We always know that if we need to vent, or need some support, we can head over to our team Facebook group and get just what we need, along with some virtual hugs!
I really do love my creative team… I’ve even traveled to Salt Lake City, Utah, twice in the past, to meet some of them in person. As I write this, I’m starting to dream up our next scrap weekend because I still have a few girls I’ve not had the chance to meet in person. I think you get the point… they are pretty special to me and I love each of them like sisters. You can read a little about each of these special women by clicking on their names below.

We use our two-month guest spots to get to know potential team members and give them a chance to get to know us, as well, before deciding whether to adopt our guests into our little family.
